Just a few short years ago, the proprietors of this off-the-beaten-path St. Pete venue were very seriously considering doing away with regular live-music programming entirely, in favor of focusing on the space’s studio element (and, one supposes, its potential as a place for one-off special events).

Choose from our selection of wines - ranging from several varietals of Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon to our Trivento Malbec or our NxNW Blend - perfectly paired with our "Gibson" steak flatbread - and our Caposaldo Pinot Grigio which pairs well with our Caprese Pizza. We also rotate a tasty selection of local craft beers on draft as well as your favorite bottles.

While music is our main entree, we do aim to please with our kitchen creations. Not only is John Kelly a musician, but an accomplished chef. Keeping it simple is the key here, but you'll be pleasantly surprised at the plates that come out of our little kitchen. We've recently put a new spin on our menu and added to our salad, sandwich, pizza offerings. Our famous Gibson Sandwich now comes in flatbread form - a delicious rosemary infused olive oil fresh dough topped with steak, havarti, rosemary and our blue cheese, horseradish sauce.
