Doug Spears with The Winterlings this Friday! January Songwriter Showdown This Saturday!

Hey folks, we have another big week planned for you. As always we start out with our Tuesday "Living Room Live" Jam tonight, Wednesday we're up to week 3 with our Songwriter Showdown, Thursday, "Living Room Live" Writers' night, Friday - Doug Spears with The Winterlings and closing the week out, this Saturday we're hosting January's Song of the Month Showdown. Check the calendar for details for all events. We hope to see you some time this week.


Tomorrow night (Wednesday) marks the 3rd week of our Songwriter Showdown. Week 2's winner will be announced and week 1's winner, Michael Weiss will perform a set following the showdown. We've had a great start so far and hope all of you music lovers will come and support these fantastic songwriters. This week's line up is:

  • Mark Huhta with "Pray With My Eyes Open"
  • Rebecca Pulley with "Sweet Life Blues"
  • Paul Cataldo with "The River"
  • Ben Bryan with "Life"
  • Seth Lynch with "Paige"



We would like to thank last week's performers for a great round 2 - we wish them all luck as we close out onling voting tonight at midnight. All performers are encouraged to come Saturday night to support your fellow songwriters and help vote for January's Song of the Month. There will be a $5 donation to the pot. Come and help us make January's Songwriter Showdown one to remember. This week's weekly showdown will be slightly modified, with online voting ending midnight on Friday, Jan 28. The winner (and 3rd person to be competing for Song of the Month) will be announced at the beginning of Saturday night's Monthly Showdown.
