BE A PART OF HIDEAWAY GIVES BACK...REGISTER HERE!

If you build it they will come! Well, you all came.....and now we have a great little community of incredible people that make up the Hideaway Family. Hmm....what to do? What can we do in our 2nd year to make a difference in St Petersburg and beyond? Hideaway Gives Back is our way of planting that seed and getting the ideas flowing on how we can take what we have and share it with others who are less fortunate. This initiative will encompass several charitable ideas, starting with:

Hideaway Heals
We will be taking volunteers from our musical community to help serve up some musical medicine to a couple of different audiences....to be determined. For young minds in the area who might not have the positive impact of music in their lives.....we'd like to give them an introduction to something that can only help in their growth as people. If you personally have suggestions on a local group that could benefit, we welcome your ideas! We will also be accepting donations of any instruments (new or used) that you may want to contribute to the cause!

Hideaway for Habitat
It has long been a goal of ours to lead in the building of one of these houses. Habitat for Humanity is an incredible organization and Hideaway Cafe would love to be behind organizing a group of people to contribute to this very worthy cause!

"Give Back" Archive

John Kelly was "Locked up for Good"
This charitable event began with our beloved John Kelly being hauled away to jail. With the help of Hideaway's "givers", we were able to "post his bail" raising $ for MDA for ALS.
