Keith Hope CD Release Party Friday August 6th!

Come and join us for the CD Release of "Florida Hurricane" with Keith Hope this Friday night at 8:00 PM. Keith has made himself a regular around the Hideaway and has been part of the Florida Folk community for years. He has performed at the Florida Folk Festival since 1993, the Will McClean Folk Fest and other folk festivals and venues throughout the state. In 2002, he released his first CD of original songs titled "Key Biscayne Cowboy." Later, he released his concert DVD: "Keith Hope, Live At Luna Star Cafe." One of his songs about manatees—"Miss Her Now (or Miss Her Forever)"—was featured in two film documentaries and a music video can be sampled and purchased at www.savethemanatee.org. Tickets are $10 plus tax, doors open at 6:00 PM and show time is at 8:00 PM.

Tonight we continue with our Tuesday night jam (which is basically a writers night much like Thursday but with a bit more collaboration from all you "players"), so come on out and lend a hand. Wednesday, is our Jazz night and Thursday is our "Living Room Live" writers night. Please get here early and sign the list. Music runs from 8:30 PM until 11:30 PM sharp.
