Blues Jam - every Wednesday; Living Room Live - every Thursday

Our weekly Blues Jam hits the stage every Wednesday night and "Living Room Live" has returned to its original Thursday night slot.

Wednesday Blues

Wednesday night Blues Jams are hosted by TC Carr & his Bolts of Blue Band (every 1st and 3rd Wed) and the Betty Fox Band (every 2nd and 4th). And if we're lucky enough to get a 5th Wednesday, TC and Betty will join forces! Both TC and Betty have a history of inviting other well known area blues players to join them on stage so you never know who's going to show up!

Our Writer's Night, which has come to be known as "Living Room Live", has become a haven for musical collaboration as well as THE place for the music lover to witness truly great musical moments. Every Thursday, you can expect to find local greats hitting the stage and bringing their newest material to the stage. If you are a songwriter, get here early to sign the list and be a part of the lineup taking the stage. If there is a featured artist, they will take the stage around 9 and, since they are likely passing through town on a tour, will be given 45 minutes to an hour to share their tunes with us. There will be a signup for both before and after the featured act for the "Living Room Live" portion of the evening. So come on out and support your local music scene. There is much to be said for the collaboration that takes place here among local singer-songwriters. And, with national artists passing through, it's a great opportunity to collaborate and learn about the music scene they've experienced on tour. So come on out and share in some great original songwriting and storytelling!

We hope you'll come and check out the incredible LOCAL, ORIGINAL music happening here at The Hideaway Cafe. Whether your playing, singing or just watching and listening, I assure you, you're in for a treat.

Hideaway Cafe would like to extend a big "Thank You" to James Anderson for his fine photography!
