Thanks to Rebekah Pulley and Joe Milligan
What a show you guys. What a night! Thank you both for giving us yet another night to remember here at The Hideaway. Great singer songwriter and good friend, Joe Milligan started the night off with friends, Shannon, Jay and Douglas. Well done Joe. His wonderfully crafted tunes held their own for an hour or so to a packed house. A short, witty tale set the stage as Joe and gang delivered one great tune after another. Our audience seems to really give the artist their full attention and last night they were treated to not just great music, but fun and lighthearted storytelling.
Not long after Joe was finished, Rebekah Pulley and wing man, Rob Pastore, took to the stage and gave our audience a truly special experience. I've always heard Rebekah's name in town while I played from gig to gig... always great things but I had no idea what I was really getting into when I asked her to join Joe for a show. Folks, she is the real deal. Nicole and I were glued to her infectious voice from the start. It's absolutely mesmerizing! Her songs bring back an old familiar vibe I haven't felt since my days in Nashville. Rootsy, folky, country rockin'... all of it. They kicked it up, they brought it down.... and that beautiful voice leading the way. Yeah, I had a good time last night.
Thank you Rebekah and Rob and thank you Joe, Shannon, Jay and Douglas for being here and sharing your music with us. Please come back...
I hope to catch you all this coming week for our weekly, Tuesday night's "Guitar at The Bar" or Thursday's "Living Room Live" and don't forget to catch our schedule for this months amazing line-up. We're off to a great start.
And please note that we will not be squeezing our Jazz night in on Tuesdays any longer but rather will give it it's own night every FIRST WEDNESDAY of the month, starting in November with The Woodshed Band.
Again, thank you Rebekah and Joe and thank all of you for visiting.
All for now... Cheers! John

I concur
Oh heck yes that was a great show. My bandmate and I bought all four of her albums, and I am listening to them here at the ol' day job on repeat all day long. This will definitely keep me sane until LRL on Thursday. Thanks for hosting another great show! Cheers, Jason from IRWO
