Thank You Ellis Paul and The Iveys

We had quite a week last week with Ellis Paul on Friday and The Iveys on Thursday. The Iveys, brother Arlen and sisters Jillian and Jessica, along with their full band made another stop at the Hideaway and played a couple of sets on Thursday night. Thanks to the whole band for making another visit - you're welcome back anytime. I'm so glad my kids got to hear what they've been listening to for months, live and in person... that was a treat.

Ellis Paul made his first trip to the Hideaway this past Friday night and delivered such a special night here. Pushing his latest release "The Day After Everything Changed", he played two incredible sets to a captivated audience that traveled far and wide to catch him here in St. Petersburg. I was busy doing whatever it is that I do... mixing, getting levels, etc. Then along came Jukebox On My Grave and I had to just sit and really take it in. Wow.... he's really something special. I was sucked into the night and just wanted it to last. I hope you'll grab his latest and I hope he comes back.

We have another big week this week. My brother in arms, Dustin Overbeek, along with Bryan Elijah Smith pair up once again this Friday night. This is their third show here at The Hideaway and we're all very excited. Doors open at 6:00 PM and music starts at 8:00 PM. Get here early and get a good seat. Tickets are $10 plus tax.

This brings us to this Sunday with Glen Philips and Vienna Teng. We still have seats left for both shows (4:00 PM and 7:00PM). Doors will open an hour before each show. Tickets available here.

Come and join us tonight for our weekly Jam and this Thursday for "Living Room Live". We're getting an incredible amount of new singer-songwriters each week so come and catch some of the area's finest.
